Design Admin Assistant

As the Design Admin Assistant at Mulberry, you will be responsible for ensuring all the Design Studio administrative tasks are accurately completed. You will play a fundamental role in ensuring that the studio administration is completed enabling the studio to operate smoothly and efficiently. You will support the designers and additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders from different functions (Product Merchandising, Pre-Production etc.) to ensure all the relevant information is gathered, recorded, and shared, to allow the efficient development of the collection.

Main Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative tasks to support the Leather Goods Design team.

- Attend design meetings and ensure that product specifications are accurately recorded and updated.

-  Follow up on colour and material approvals and update documents accordingly.

-  Organise data in a thorough and organised manner to provide better information to other departments. 

-  Organise meeting logistics (prepare rooms, create boards, photographs of samples).

-   Support the Designers with queries and ad-hoc requests to support their workload. 

-  Demonstrate an interest in fashion and be willing to learn new skills.
