  • Community Management – being the eyes and ears of this company and replying to your audience with the relevant tone of voice & managing social calendars

  • An understanding of social media and all things culture is key

  • Collaborating with the marketing/ content team to align on bigger picture marketing strategies and how that feeds into social channels and presence

  • Working hand in hand with the owner of the business to ensure that their powerful message is represented correctly cross platforms
