Dover Street Market is looking for someone to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients both in-store and internationally. In this role, you will introduce Dover Street Market to your existing clientele while delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed the company’s financial targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Drive sales and provide personalized shopping and styling experiences.

• Maintain and update the customer database.

• Stay informed on trends and advise customers on stock availability.

• Manage a customer book of key clients and VIPs.

• Support staff training and in-store presentations.

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to enhance the store’s visual appeal.
