Marketing Assistant

Exeter Phoenix are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the busy marketing team at Exeter Phoenix. The marketing assistant will assist in supporting and delivering Exeter Phoenix’s marketing plan for 12 months, working flexibly and engaging proactively with the needs of the team and the wider organisation.

Main Responsibilities

● To keep all in-house poster boards and flyer displays up to date.

● To assist with setting up events and creating website listings.

● To create and schedule content for our digital display screens.

● To assist in the planning, creation and publication of social media content.

● To contribute ideas for creative marketing content across the programme.

● To conduct research that contributes to our press list and supports outreach activity.
