Marketing Executive

Fussy are looking for an Marketing Executive to join their team. You will be contributing to marketing strategy and helping to drive sales for Fussy’s first product, a refillable deodorant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute cross-channel campaigns from creative to launch. With a particular focus on online & offline channels e.g, social, email, paid media, influencer, referral

  • Scoping out and testing new marketing initiatives in the d2c space including but not limited to new promotions, partnerships, and influencer campaigns

  • Identify trends in the wider market d2c through regular insight check-ins and competitor analysis that can translate into commercial opportunities. You should know who is who, what others brands are trying and what is working and develop relationships with other brands .

  • Helping to run the day to day of marketing channels, including but not limited to performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, and affiliates); influencer and partnership outreach; referral systems; and email marketing campaigns.

  • Reporting and analysis of data from each channel against KPI’s and to identify trends, make recommendations and optimise channel strategy. With a focus on key metrics such as conversion, engagement, CPA, LTV, NPD score and retention rates

  • Driving and delivering the day-to-day performance of your market, website, and end-to-end customer journey.
