Paid Social Executive

Dr. Martens is looking for a Paid Social & Content Executive who will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns while also being hands-on with content creation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how to leverage TikTok for brand building, creating content that not only drives performance but also enhances brand awareness and engagement through authentic, trend-led storytelling

  • Work closely with the Paid Social Manager and the wider Paid Social team to execute ad builds across channels

  • Ideate, film and edit engaging paid social content, including static ads, videos, and UGC-style creatives

  • Stay ahead of social trends to create timely and relevant content that resonates with target audiences, whilst being mindful of trade needs and key metrics

  • Collaborate with the Digital Content & Trade teams on seasonal digital marketing campaigns to deliver trading messages across the different marketing channels

  • Be curious – you will be responsible for conducting agile testing for the Paid Social channel

  • Monitor campaigns through an analytical lens, to create actionable insights that drive site performance

  • You’ll be a proud custodian to the DM’s culture, embodying what Dr. Martens stand for and encouraging others to do the same.
