Jungle Creations is hiring a Senior Creative YouTube Manager. This is a leadership role shaping our social-first approach and working collaboratively across the agency—especially with Creative and Strategy—to deliver industry-leading work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored channel strategies for each client, including video concepts, thumbnails, and overall content vision

  • Manage and optimise YouTube scheduling, ensuring adherence to platform best practices

  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximise audience growth

  • Act as the primary client contact, leading workshops, reporting, and meetings

  • Lead creative and editorial teams in always-on agile content, including editing, thumbnails, and copywriting

  • Stay up to date with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation

  • Develop and execute content distribution and community management strategies to build and engage audiences.
