Jimmy Choo is looking for a Talent & Entertainment Relations Assistant to support our vibrant communications team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and entertainment to help maintain VIP relations and manage our sample inventory.

Role Overview

As a Talent & Entertainment Relations Assistant, you will work closely with the Talent & Entertainment Relations Manager to manage VIP sample loans and support various talent-related activities. You’ll play a vital role in connecting the brand with influential figures in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sample Management: Maintain and oversee VIP sample loans and inventory using Fashion GPS Launchmetrics.

  • Track Placements: Monitor talent dressing and social media imagery for our digital archive.

  • Media Releases: Prepare dressing releases for the team to share with media outlets.

  • Talent Proposals: Assist in developing talent proposals through research and collaboration.

  • Recap Reports: Create dressing recap reports to highlight successful placements.

  • Seeding Lists: Compile seeding lists for seasonal collections and collaborations.

  • Gifting Coordination: Oversee gifting activities and keep the gifting tracker updated.

  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of gifting stock and assist with special orders alongside the design team.

  • Database Management: Maintain the talent and stylist database, ensuring all information is current.

  • Event Support: Provide assistance at regional events and press days as needed.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in VIP or talent relations, or fashion PR.

  • Is enthusiastic about fashion, culture, and entertainment.

  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Can take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Is familiar with Fashion GPS Launchmetrics or social analytics monitoring tools (not required but a plus).

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
