MINI UK is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join their Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, and Strategy teams. This internship offers hands-on experience working with a multi-million-pound budget, supporting annual sales targets and collaborating with top marketing agencies on exciting campaigns and model launches.

What You'll Do

As an intern with MINI, you’ll be a key player in the marketing and strategy teams, working on projects that span digital marketing, social media, CRM, and market strategy. Here's what you can expect:

  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with MINI Brand Communications and Events teams on marketing campaigns and major events.

  • Strategy Development: Help track and develop timelines for MINI UK’s market strategy and new model launches.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage internal communications like weekly bulletins, key performance dashboards, and competitor analysis.

  • Team Engagement: Assist in developing team engagement strategies and organizing team days and social events.

  • Project Management: Support key working groups on topics like electric vehicles and the MINI app, while managing the finance process for the overall budget.
