Creative Production Manager
Key information about the role
1. Creative Brief Management:
Receive creative briefs and plans from Creative Manager.
Develop clear, actionable plans to execute the creative vision with the production and post production team.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives for all briefs outline and achieved.
Owning the responsibility of all content creation, allowing Creative Manager to focus on creativity development and creative sign off.
2. Project Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects after concept to completion.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
3. Content Production:
Lead the production process, including pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production.
Manage the selection and negotiation with the in-house production team, freelancers, and other external partners.
Ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered on schedule.
Work with Creative Manager to sign off on all content and creative in a timely manner allowing for re edits.
4. Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the Creative Manager to define clear out put on all briefs and deliverables.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives.
Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
5. Quality Control:
Review and approve all creative deliverables, ready for final sign off with Creative Manager and project depending on other stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.
Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.
6. Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of creative projects.
Create clear measurables around content performance vs brand led performance channel depending.
Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
7. Management:
Manage a team of creators, producers and retouchers.
Work collaboratively with the Creative Manager and Visual Brand manager.
