Media Assistant (Intern)
Key information about the role
1) Design & content creation
Assist in brainstorming, creating, and managing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Design and create eye-catching visuals, including logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.
Develop basic animations and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling across digital channels.
Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, YouTube, and internal presentations, ensuring they are polished and on-brand.
2) Client Servicing and Support
Support our client services team in providing outstanding customer service, including responding to client queries, preparing reports and presentations, and participating in client meetings.
You will be one of the points of contact for our clients and business partners, so excellent communication skills are essential.
3) Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting scheduling, preparing reports, and tracking project deadlines.
Assist with general office administration, including organizing and maintaining documentation, handling communication, and providing operational support as needed.
4) Database Management
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our databases. This includes data entry, data cleansing, generating database reports, and implementing improvements to our data management systems.
