Media Assistant (Intern)

Key information about the role

1) Design & content creation

  • Assist in brainstorming, creating, and managing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

  • Design and create eye-catching visuals, including logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.

  • Develop basic animations and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling across digital channels.

  • Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, YouTube, and internal presentations, ensuring they are polished and on-brand.

2) Client Servicing and Support

  • Support our client services team in providing outstanding customer service, including responding to client queries, preparing reports and presentations, and participating in client meetings.

  • You will be one of the points of contact for our clients and business partners, so excellent communication skills are essential.

3) Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting scheduling, preparing reports, and tracking project deadlines.

  • Assist with general office administration, including organizing and maintaining documentation, handling communication, and providing operational support as needed.

4) Database Management

  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our databases. This includes data entry, data cleansing, generating database reports, and implementing improvements to our data management systems.
