Key information about the role

  • Co-ordinate updates to toyota.co.uk and lexus.co.uk and ensure that all content is published in line with brand guidelines and by agreed deadlines using online ticketing system Jira.

  • Regularly audit the website to ensure content is up to date across all areas of the site with support of the wider Digital Marketing team, internal stakeholders and agencies.

  • Develop new content briefs for the agencies and ensure stakeholders approve content at key project milestones before going live.

  • Contribute to regular project status meetings with agencies and manage inputs/outputs as required.

  • Liaise with internal business stakeholders to identify changes required on the website including Product, Fleet, Aftersales, HR, Toyota Financial Services.

  • Use analytical tools to gather website usage information to feed into ad-hoc reporting requirements. Using data insights to improve website performance.

  • Co-ordinate the quarterly price and offers updates across the website.

  • Liaise with Toyota Motor Europe on technical queries and content planning.

  • Manage the Product launch calendar, working closely with key internal teams.

  • Help support content delivery in showrooms through our digital screens
