Co-ordinate updates to toyota.co.uk and lexus.co.uk and ensure that all content is published in line with brand guidelines and by agreed deadlines using online ticketing system Jira.
Regularly audit the website to ensure content is up to date across all areas of the site with support of the wider Digital Marketing team, internal stakeholders and agencies.
Develop new content briefs for the agencies and ensure stakeholders approve content at key project milestones before going live.
Contribute to regular project status meetings with agencies and manage inputs/outputs as required.
Liaise with internal business stakeholders to identify changes required on the website including Product, Fleet, Aftersales, HR, Toyota Financial Services.
Use analytical tools to gather website usage information to feed into ad-hoc reporting requirements. Using data insights to improve website performance.
Co-ordinate the quarterly price and offers updates across the website.
Liaise with Toyota Motor Europe on technical queries and content planning.
Manage the Product launch calendar, working closely with key internal teams.
Help support content delivery in showrooms through our digital screens
