Deputy Production Manager

Southbank Gallery is hiring a Deputy Production Manager, to join their Production team on a full time permanent basis. As a Deputy Production Manager, you will be part of a vibrant team at one of the world’s most famous cultural venues, with the opportunity to shape memorable events and experiences for a wide audience. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside talented programming, producing, and production teams to bring our diverse range of events to life.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Programming, Producing, and Production teams to deliver Southbank Centre productions to the highest standard

• Establish and streamline production processes, ensuring the seamless coordination of production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Oversee production meetings, debriefs, and communications with both internal teams and third-party suppliers.

• Manage a programme of events for Southbank Centre’s Resident Orchestras, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish

• Prepare budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with Southbank Centre’s health and safety policies
