  • Obtain permissions to share content, organize and track it.

  • Identify trending topics within the audience and share insights with brand creative leads.

  • Support the rollout of social calendars and strategies.

    Channel Hygiene

  • Maintain social media best practices to keep channels running smoothly and looking professional.

  • Regularly review hashtags, following lists, grid post archiving, story highlights, and bio links.

    Technical Channel Expertise

  • Stay updated on social media platform changes and insights.

  • Share updates with designers to optimise strategies.

    Reporting and Visibility

  • Deliver regular performance reports on channels and posts.

  • Share reports internally and with clients.
