Social Media Assistant

Eliza are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join their growing team and support their rapidly developing social media presence across Instagram and TikTok. Working closely with their Social Media Lead, this role will assist in content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement, while also keeping us ahead of the curve on social media trends.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the day to day running of a busy social media desk, including scheduling and publishing daily content across Instagram and TikTok, caption writing and monitoring content approvals

• Support with community engagement

• Use analytics tools to track content performance and report insights

• Maintain content calendars

• Assist the videography team with content capture and edits

• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform developments and share relevant insights with the team

• Support with the running of competitions and community engagement activities

• Assist where needed with the running of commercial content, including checking paid partnership approvals from brands

• Be an Eliza brand ambassador at press/influencer events
