Social Media Coordinator

BIMM University is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to drive strategy and enhance our online presence. You'll engage audiences and optimise recruitment channels to attract and inspire future students.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with the University’s goals.

  • Create and oversee content that is accurate, engaging, and consistently on-brand.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams to ensure seamless integration between social media activities and broader marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimise results.

  • Manage social media advertising and content themes, ensuring activities are completed within budget and demonstrate a clear return on investment.

  • Support crisis management and other reactive social media activities as needed.

  • Collect and report data on social media performance to inform strategies and share results with stakeholders.
