Talent Assistant

Tommy Hilfiger is hiring a Talent Assistant! As an assistant in the talent team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of all Hub North talent partnerships and seasonal seeding programs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the talent seeding program - identify new talent, organise send outs, seasonal orders, gift wrapping product following global guidelines, coordinate courier management and agent comms, maintenance of gifting cupboard and tracking of results

• Compile seasonal lookbooks for talent dressings based on retail and wholesale buys and place orders 

• Support on (physical) dressing appointments with VIP guests - including car bookings

• Conduct weekly research on potential talent across the UK, Nordics, Netherlands and Ireland regions

• Manage influencer databases and calendars

• Track and manage all influencer campaigns (paid and organic) via talent reporting tool

• Support the Talent Specialist with internal reporting and deck building

• Support on Talent Specialist with budget management - raising PO’s, processing invoices and maintaining budget tracker

• Event support

• Management of gifting supplies and replenishment.
