Producer

Key information about the role

  • Schedule and coordinate the production of the global marketing calendar, including international fashion shows, shoots, campaigns, exhibitions, retail-events, special projects and brand collaborations. 

  • Accurately and confidently communicate creative ideas to suppliers on behalf of the creative team when required. 

  • Report, plan, prioritize and manage workloads across multiple productions with Executive Producer. 

  • Draw up production budgets, schedules, and critical paths to ensure smooth running productions and clear communication to the wider business. 

  • Negotiate competitive rates and associated usage rights with preferred partners across each production, ensuring projects always remain on budget and to schedule. 

  • Reconcile all projects with accounts, ensuring timely settlement of all supplier's invoices within the company’s agreed payment terms.  

  • Prepare and modify shoot/event contracts with the legal team as requested for each project. 

  • Oversee travel arrangements & logistics for projects, where necessary.
